Okebaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These terms constitute a legal agreement between okebaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "okebaji") and its members ("you" or "user"). This document applies to the okebaji website, mobile application, and all associated services.

Okebaji operates under an international gaming licence. By using this platform, you confirm that participating in online gaming is lawful in your country and that you are doing so of your own free will.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — if unused within the specified time, they will expire automatically.
• If the terms of any bonus are breached, that bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Okebaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

When placing bets on okebaji, certain basic rules apply. These rules are the same for all players.

• Bets cannot generally be changed or cancelled once placed.
• Once the result of a match or game has been announced, okebaji's decision is considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okebaji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. Bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• Any suspicion of match-fixing or use of insider information will result in the relevant bets and account being investigated.

Winners in Sports Betting are determined in accordance with okebaji's own rulebook. In special circumstances (such as a match being abandoned), a refund policy for bets may apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okebaji platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or personal information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using multiple accounts strategically to exploit the bonus system (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical attack.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering purposes.
• Demeaning or harassing other members.

You may also contact support at any time to request account closure. Upon closure, any verified balance remains withdrawable, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Okebaji services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, okebaji is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
• Missed bets or losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Unauthorized third-party access or cyberattacks.

Any financial losses from gaming are entirely the user's responsibility. okebaji acts solely as a platform and does not influence the outcome of any game.
